Meeting April 3, 2008

Meeting called to order 6:00 PM plus or minus 15 minutes.

Our president, several members, and an alumna all say that we need club T-shirts. Email Danielle to dazzle her with any bright design ideas.

In our new status as a bona fide student organization, we are going through the exciting process of filling out lots of paperwork that will hopefully result in some math club office space in the IMU. Officers will at some point need to meet and coordinate office hours.

Once again, many thanks to our baking angel Carol in the advising department for generously providing us with scrumptious baked goods. Also, thanks to Miller for once again taking care of our pizza-ordering needs and Colin for making the trek up to his office and back to return with the candy bag.

Speaking of food, our next Thai Flavors fundraiser is this Monday, April 7. Email Danielle to sign up for a time of yummy food and general nerdiness.

Sonya Kovalevsky Day is finally here (almost). Those who have volunteered are eagerly awaiting Saturday morning. Those who have not volunteered are encouraged to do so. Anyone with questions, concerns, or a desire to pick up the free T-shirt is hereby directed to Heather, Colin, or Paulette.
