Required Equipment: Texas Instruments calculator TI-83 or TI-84 or TI-85 or TI-86 or TI-87 or TI-88 or TI-89 is required for lectures, homework assignments, and perhaps in midterm exams. These calculators will not be allowed, however, in the final exam. Note that they have linear algebra and matrix features. Please read their instruction manuals to learn how to use them. Calculators of higher model numbers including TI-92, however, will not be allowed in exams.
